For the most part, minor changes in sizes can be accommodated. In the case of an item being sent back to us for resizing, shipping charges to and fro will be chargeable to the customer, on actuals. For further information you can get in touch with us via email or phone.

Once an order has been confirmed it is difficult to make changes to it. You can get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate your changes.

Some of our pieces are in stock and will ship immediately, however a lot of our collection is made-to-order and the lead time can vary from 10-21 days depending on the piece. The shipping time is additional and can vary between 1-5 days depending on your location.

Insured shipping within India is complimentary on all orders. 3% GST will be calculated and added to your cart at checkout.

The repair cost varies depending on how severe the damage is. Get in touch with us with images of the piece you would like to repair, and we can advise the way forward. We only repair items manufactured by our own brand Carat Crush by Diamantina. 

Treat your jewellery with care. Keep it away from perfumes and lotions. Do remove your jewellery before going into a pool or the gym.
